If you need a quick protein infusion, this Broccoli Juice is just for you. Broccoli may provide a steady supply of protein to the muscles to keep going.

The great thing about this juice is that it is also loaded with antioxidants. Antioxidants are those groups of Vitamins C, E, and Beta-Carotene found in certain foods. Broccoli in this recipe falls under the antioxidants category. The antioxidant benefits are that they can help ward off Cancer.

Boosting the immune system is a huge benefit as this is where the internal battles are fought for your health. Other benefits of these antioxidants are protecting the colon and the bladder; the plumbing system that removes the waste from the body.

By consuming this juice at least twice daily, he can help lower 'bad' low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol. The Apples also help.
